Richard Jantz

Richard Jantz was raised on a farm north of Cimarron, Kansas. He graduated from Cimarron High School in 1966 and from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS in 1970. Rich has worked and owned Millard Management for 25 years, which is strictly a crop insurance agency.

Van Ewart

Van Ewart obtained his crop insurance license and began working for Millard Management in May 2000. He attended Dodge City Community College for two years before attending and graduating from Washburn University with a degree in Marketing and Finance. Van is currently on the Agent Advisory Council with Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa and is experienced in GIS mapping. He grew up in Cimarron, Kansas and currently resides in Lawrence, KS.

Deb Geist

Deb Geist started with Millard Management in January 2002 and received her crop insurance license in May 2002. She holds licenses in Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Missouri. She grew up in Oberlin, Kansas and attended Garden City Community College.  Deb worked at the Lawrence Farmers Coop Assn for six years in the grain department, equity and accounts payable.  After its closing, she is also the manager for the FCA Post Confirmation Trust. Deb is married to Doug and has two sons Daniel and David.

Dee Woods

Dee Woods began working part-time for Millard Management in October 2000 while she was going to college. She graduated from the University of Kansas in December 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. After graduation, she became full-time with the agency. She received her crop insurance license in March 2004. Dee grew up in Cimarron, KS and resides in Lawrence with her husband, Josh, and their two daughters, Taylor and Lauren.
